Introduction

By placing an order with Kandy Offset Printers, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Quotations & Orders

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Orders are confirmed upon client approval and/or advance payment where applicable.

Payment & Pricing

Full payment is required upon job completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or cheque.

Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided with each order. Delays due to external factors (e.g. courier issues, power failures) may occur but we aim to keep clients informed. Delivery available islandwide; courier charges may apply.

File Handling & Proofs

Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is print-ready. We perform basic checks but are not liable for spelling, layout, or design errors. Proofs are provided upon request.

Cancellation & Refunds

Reprints are only issued in the event of production errors caused by us. Refunds are not applicable for client-supplied errors or change of mind after approval.

Intellectual Property

Clients must own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, or content submitted. We are not liable for copyright infringements.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Kandy Offset Printers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
